To Our Valued Patients,

The safety of everyone that enters this office, as well as the families they go home to, is our utmost priority.

Please read through all of these protocols, and if you have a specific question pertaining to your scheduled appointment, please do not hesitate to call or email the office at frontdesk@somerssmiles.com

  • You will get a text two hours before your appointment. For children, a parent will receive the text message. If your appointment is before 9am, you will get a text the evening before. That being said, we need all UPDATED cell phone numbers. We ask that you please DO NOT opt out of text messaging, as it is the most efficient way of communicating with our patients who have scheduled appointments.
  • When you arrive at our office, please come on in—our newly refurbished waiting area is ready for you!
  • You are not required to wear a mask when you come in the door.
  • If you tend to get cold easily, we encourage you to bring a sweater.
  • Lastly, if you have traveled in the past 14 days to any area on the travel ban list, or feel even remotely under the weather, please reschedule your appointment for 2 weeks out.
